These courses are for educational purposes only and are not certified by any Australian government or court agency. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and enrol in our courses. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.


3. Course Access and Use

  • Courses are delivered online and may be accessed at any time after successful registration and payment.
     
  • You may pause and resume your course as needed.
     
  • Your course progress is saved automatically.
     
  • Upon completion, a Certificate of Completion will be made available for download and emailed to your registered address.
     
  • Each course registration is valid for one individual user only and may not be shared.
     

4. Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion is issued once you meet the minimum time and module requirements of your selected course. While many users take our courses for self-development or to meet third-party requirements, we make no guarantees of acceptance by any legal, judicial, or professional body. Please confirm with the requesting party before enrolment.
Optional printed certificates may be purchased at the end of your course.


5. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
     
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
     
  • Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable once accessed, unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Refunds may be granted only in cases where a course certificate is officially declined by a third party and written proof is provided within 14 days of course completion.
